Salient Features

• Compact, machine with SIX interchangeable pans which can be fitted in the same machine. Ranging from 215mm diameter pan( 300 gms), 265mm 300mm, 380mm, 430mm 480 mm.
• 'SELF SUFFICIENT UNIT' meaning entire air handling unit of inlet air consisting of supply blower, pre filter, final filter and hepa filter along with electric heaters are housed in the machine frame.
• Entire exhaust air system with exhaust filter or police filters and exhaust blower are all housed in the machine frame. So it is self standing unit and only utility required is compressed air and electric supply. This feature makes is truly versatile as it doesn't require any external ducting for air supply or air exhaust.
• Contact parts all in stainless steel AISI 316, rest all in stainless steel AISI 304. No Mild steel parts used anywhere in machine. There is no cladding required anywhere in the machine. Stainless steel tubular frame. structure to give enhanced rigidity.
• A.C. frequency drive/ variable drive for PAN speed, Inlet air blower speed and Exhaust air blower speed to control the CFM or air velocity. This feature makes it very useful for varied coating application.
• WATSON MARLOW Peristaltic pump to supply spray gun.
• Walther-Pilot/Schlick spray guns. Two per machine.
• Stirrer rod (sec leaflet) Tubular baffles to give through and even mixing of tablets without any damage to tablets.
• 10 Liter capacity, solution tank in AISI316.
• Hepa filter for inlet air is given as a standard supply with every machine.
• 5 micron filter on exhaust / police filter on exhaust provided as a standard.
• Electric heaters in built in the machine to give desired hot air at the required temperature completely in AISI 304. Heaters also from AISI 304.
• Exhaust air blower and inlet air blowers are from stainless steel AISI 304. Entire Air handling unit or AHU is from stainless steel AISI 304. Both are fitted inside the machine frame making entire unit self sufficient.
• PLC of Mitsubishi/Allen Bradley with Touch screen terminal E 615 is included in standard supply. PM of both blowers, Pan and spray rate is controlled through PLC. Inlet air temperature, exhaust air temperature etc can be seen on screen and can be operated through MMI. PLC package also includes printer and cover for printer to give hatch details printout. All alarms etc. operate through PLC.
