SARAL Lab Rapid Mixer Granulator is a very precision machine, performing dry mixing and wet granulation in the same bowl in only 6 to 20 minutes. The entire operation is fully dust-free and automatic including discharge. All parts coming in contact with mix are of stainless steel 316 L quality and are highly polished. Drive motors, electrical control panel and control station are supplied in non-flameproof as well as flameproof construction, as per client’s requirement. In case of flameproof construction, the control panel should be located in low-risk area.

• Chopper housing is entirely made of S.S. having special seals. Three separate chopper housing for each bowl are provided with common motor and drive.
• Separate bowls of 3,5 and 10 lits. capacity having common base or pedestal. All bowls can be locked with wing nut from the bottom.
• Main impeller is having unique design and blade angle, thus pushing the material radially outward. Entire impeller is thoroughly machined.
• Bowls are with separate discharge assembly with independent discharge facility for all three bowls.
• Machine with cabinet for storing remaining two bowls.
• Discharge piston is made of P.T.F.E.
• PLC arrangement with variable drive to have same tip speed for all three capacities to arrive at uniform results of granulation.
